Job summary

Change Grow Live is seeking a Digital Engagement Head of Service to lead the National Digital Engagement Service, shaping strategy and operating model across the charity. This senior role offers national reach and cross-functional influence.

You will work with senior leaders, commissioners and external partners to drive continuous improvement, governance and scalable digital pathways that improve access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience within health, social care or public service.
• Experience leading large-scale services, transformation programmes or strategic initiatives.
• Experience developing strategy and translating ambition into sustainable delivery.
• Expertise in governance, quality assurance, performance management and risk oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for our National Digital Engagement Service.
• Develop a sustainable national operating model aligned to organisational priorities.
• Lead development with senior leaders, commissioners and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement, service excellence and digital innovation at scale.
• Shape future digital pathways and accessibility across the organisation.
