Our Future Health in London is seeking a Director of Clinical Network & Supply Chain Integration to design a coherent, resilient national model for clinical services, phlebotomy, logistics, labs and storage across the UK.

You will lead senior teams, translate recruitment targets into demand forecasts, and partner with Commercial to shape supplier strategy, ensuring scalability and value for money.

Qualifikationen

• Senior leadership experience in healthcare, clinical services, diagnostics or life sciences.
• Experience designing or transforming large-scale, multi-supplier service networks.
• Expertise in demand forecasting, capacity planning and network design.
• Strong commercial and procurement know-how, including supplier strategy and mobilisation.
• Ability to analyse data across operations, finance and geography and translate into decisions.
• Proven track record of leading complex change and delivering results.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills with executives.
• The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Aufgaben

• Develop end-to-end view of clinical and sample pathways from appointment to storage.
• Forecast recruitment targets into forecasted demand for clinical and sample processing.
• Map capacity against demand by geography and over time.
• Identify capacity gaps, bottlenecks and failure points.
• Create an integrated UK-wide clinical network model across nations and urban/rural areas.
• Ensure the network supports diverse recruitment reflecting UK population.
• Review supplier arrangements, contracts, capacity and performance.
• Collaborate with Commercial/Procurement to shape procurement strategies.
• Develop future supplier model with resilience, flexibility and value for money.
• Support mobilisation of new/extended supplier arrangements to maintain continuity.
• Develop contingency plans for recruitment and capacity changes.
• Establish demand-and-capacity planning, KPIs and governance across the pathway.
• Work with executives to align recruitment, capacity and end-to-end supply chain as a system.
• Provide clear recommendations on network design and investment to the Executive Team.
