Qualifikationen

• Fully registered medical practitioner with GMC in good standing.
• Senior clinical informatics leadership experience, including Chief Clinical Information Officer experience within an NHS organisation.
• Strong track record leading complex, system-wide change.

Aufgaben

• Develop and oversee a regional digital roadmap and portfolio aligned with national programmes and the London Health Plan.
• Monitor delivery, assure progress and mitigate/elevate risks through governance arrangements.
• Act as a hub for clinical informatics expertise, drawing on national specialist resources where appropriate.
• Strengthen interoperability, data-sharing and analytics maturity across London systems.
• Provide clinical leadership for assessment, implementation and scaling of innovative digital solutions.
• Promote inclusive design and evidence-based improvement to support better patient outcomes.
