Having established a great product offering, built an excellent team and a slick supply chain, this ambitious, well-funded organic food brand, is seeking a National Account Manager to play an instrumental role in helping them to achieve their annual sales and growth targets.

Although the company harvests a fun SME culture in the UK, it is a grown-up business that provides an autonomous and flexible culture. This will allow anyone coming in a real opportunity to be a part of the generation that takes its brands to the next level.

This business has doubled its figures in the UK market alone, currently distributed in Sainsburys, Tesco, Morrisons and Ocado, with more retailers still to come!

Reporting to the senior national account manager is a huge opportunity for somebody who is looking to take a step up in their career to become a national account manager.

In addition to supporting the day-to-day management of their key sales channels in the UK, you will be integral in their monthly forecasting cycle to ensure their customers have the products when needed. As a fast-moving business, they are looking for a self-starter with an eye for detail and a drive for continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the day-to-day running of their key sales channels
  • Forecasting and tracking customer account metrics in line with budget assumptions.
  • Ensuring promotions are planned, executed, and evaluated to a high standard to create the best possible ROI
  • Supporting the delivery of the business’s annual commercial targets
  • Involvement in monthly business processes such as Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)
  • Planning and executing focused business development initiatives
  • Building strong, productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

  • Previous experience in consumer goods and working with customers in either a B2C or B2B capacity
  • A high level of numeracy - confident with handling and analysing data.
