LG Electronics, Inc. in the United Kingdom seeks a National Account Manager to drive growth across our TV and audio-visual portfolio. You will plan account activities, implement promotions, manage store merchandising and train staff to achieve sales targets.

You will develop strong relationships with key retailers, forecast sales, report results, and collaborate with marketing, product management and finance to optimise performance and profitability.

Qualificações

• Experience managing national accounts in consumer electronics or retail.
• Ability to develop and execute account plans aligned with KPIs.
• Strong forecasting, reporting and stakeholder communication.

Responsabilidades

• Formulate product and promotional plans for key customers and monitor KPI progress.
• Plan account activities: product displays, services, merchandising and staff training.
• Develop customer contacts across commercial, buying, supply chain and operations.
• Negotiate pricing and promotions within guidelines and implement accordingly.
• Forecast sales and manage budgets, ensuring timely deliveries and reports.
• Maintain records and report to Head of Retail and Sales Director by deadlines.
