  1. Müller Milk & Ingredients: Aims to be Britain’s private label dairy leader, producing branded and private label fresh milk, cream, butter, and ingredients, with a network of dairies and depots servicing customers nationwide.
  2. Müller Yogurt & Desserts: The UK’s leading yogurt manufacturer, responsible for major brands like Müller Corner, Müllerlight, Müller Bliss, Müller Rice, FRijj, and Müller Kefir Smoothie. It also produces chilled desserts under license from Mondelez International and supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a state-of-the-art facility.

Position: National Account Manager

Type: Full Time – Permanent

Location: Market Drayton – Hybrid

Müller has been an iconic household brand in the UK for over 30 years, transforming the yogurt and desserts market to become the 8th most chosen FMCG brand, consumed by more than half of UK households each year.

A unique opportunity has arisen to join the Muller Yogurt & Desserts Commercial team as National Account Manager (Top 4 retailer), responsible for branded products. The role is based at our Market Drayton head office.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Be an inspirational leader demonstrating the 3E’s behaviors and increasing internal networks.
  • Build and execute a structured approach to developing and delivering new business opportunities that significantly impact the category.
  • Negotiate effectively to develop existing accounts in a commercially sustainable manner.
  • Develop strong customer relationships, highlighting Müller’s benefits beyond price.
  • Enhance your people management skills by working effectively with your team and support functions.
  • Be a customer and category expert, bringing valuable insights into the Müller business.
  • Ensure accurate internal and external admin/reporting.
  • Manage support functions across Supply Chain, Marketing, Category, and Controlling to ensure efficient customer management internally and externally.
