Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with existing distribution partners to improve retail execution and maximise customer and business performance.
  • Build strong relationships with buyers, category teams and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute annual account plans, JBPs, range reviews, promotional plans and new product launches.

  • Represent the brand in key retailer meetings and commercial negotiations.
  • Analyse EPOS, sales, category, pricing and competitor data and translate insights into commercial actions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal and other teams to ensure effective delivery of customer plans.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of UK grocery trends, shopper behaviour, category dynamics and the competitive landscape; identify and develop new strategic retail opportunities across the UK.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree and above.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or client relationship roles; experience working with major retail groups in the UK market.
  • Background with a high-growth consumer brand, challenger brand, or major FMCG group is highly preferred.
  • Strong customer service mindset and empathy; attentive and adept at long-term relationship nurturing.
  • Strong experience in range reviews, JBP, promotions, and commercial negotiations.
  • Excellent commercial judgement, analytical ability and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial and international business.
  • High level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality.
