Marvel FMCG - Certified B Corporation® is seeking a National Account Executive for Ecommerce. You will own growth plans and drive account strategies across major platforms, with direct exposure to business unit leaders and cross-functional teams.
The role offers genuine ownership of an account, including P&L awareness, and a structure that supports you to build relationships, forecast accurately, and deliver against volume and revenue targets.
Fancy cutting your teeth on one of the most recognisable drinks brands on the planet?
We're hiring on behalf of a global drinks giant, the kind of name you'd recognise instantly. A genuine category creator that people are actually proud to have on their CV.
Why should you care?
This is a National Account Executive role for Ecommerce and that's the bit that makes it special. You're not just updating someone else's spreadsheets and hoping for a look-in. You get real ownership across smaller ecommerce platforms, your own contact matrix, your own P&L, and proper exposure to the wider team. For anyone building a career, that breadth is gold dust. Not many NAE roles hand you this much room to genuinely run something of your own.
You'll be side by side with the Business Unit Controller and National Account Manager, chasing volume, share, profit and revenue targets and getting stuck in with the wider national account, supply chain, finance, customer marketing and category teams along the way.
What you'll actually be doing
Is this you?
You're commercially sharp and a bit of a self-starter. You like winning, you like customers, and you're happy juggling a lot of relationships at once — inside the business and out. You can hold your own in a joint business plan (JBP) negotiation, you're comfortable with sales data rather than scared of it, and you can present without sending the room to sleep. Above all, you've got the appetite to make an account your own.
The experience bit
Yes, we'd love a proven track record in a commercial environment, some JBP scars, and a knack for turning data into decisions. But we care more about attitude and drive than a flawless CV. If you're closer than you think, get in touch anyway — we'd rather hear from you.
The practical bits
It's field-based and you will be expected to be in London once a week.
How can we make the recruitment process more accessible for you? We're always open to adjustments and welcome feedback on how we can improve the experience. Feedback matters. We aim to respond to all applications as quickly as possible because clarity, communication and respect should be a given.
