What You'll Do

• Liaison Lead – Serve as the primary liaison between the National Account Manager, the customer, and factory operations, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Account Information Management – Ensure all relevant parties are informed about account-specific details, including new product lines, promotional activities, cost price changes, and other critical updates.
• Customer Interaction – Act as a customer-facing representative, handling queries and information transfers efficiently.
• Change Management – Oversee changes related to packaging, artwork, and order patterns, ensuring all adjustments are managed seamlessly.
• Data Monitoring and Reporting – Continuously monitor and update account-related information, ensuring timely and accurate data for use by the National Account Manager or buyer.
• Support – Provide support to the broader Food Service & Ingredients team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised individual with the ability to analyse data efficiently. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who can easily adapt to new tasks and challenges. Flexibility is essential, as this role requires travel between our Hull and Sherburn locations.
