Job summary

Lotus Natural Foods, the healthy snacking division of Lotus Bakeries, is seeking a Grocery National Account Executive to support the Senior National Account Manager across lead grocery customers. This role involves delivering annual plans, maintaining stock, coordinating promotions and ensuring listings are correctly positioned in store and online.

You will work cross-functionally with Operations, Category and Shopper Marketing, attend SNAM meetings, and develop sell-in stories for new products.

Qualifications

• Experience with grocery account management and customer-facing roles.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into action.
• Proven experience with promotions, stock planning and retail forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Support Grocery accounts on a day-to-day basis, including new line listings, promotions, stock and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Operations, Category and Shopper Marketing to align range, distribution and display.
• Attend SNAM meetings and build relationships across the account base, including store visits to review activity.
• Develop engaging sell-in stories for new products with the account lead and Category team.
• Help deliver annual plans and ensure activities are executed in head office and in-store.
