NARS in London Harrods is seeking an Assistant Business Manager to lead a high-performing beauty team. You will inspire by example, coach colleagues, and drive customer engagement through brand heritage and high-performance formulas.

As a NARS Artist and Assistant Manager you will coach, develop and motivate the team to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional service. The role includes leading by example when the manager is away and ensuring the store delivers on KPIs.

Qualifications

• Must have held a leadership position in a retail business.
• Track record of coaching and developing teams.
• Strong experience in artistry, ideally with a qualification.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a team and lead.
• Ability to drive KPIs and sales targets.
• Excellent communicator.

Responsibilities

YOUR NEXT ROLE : Assistant Business Manager NARS (London Harrods, 37.5 Hours per week, £18.72 Hourly)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Leading by example by in delivering our customer engagement approach you will be able to create strong connections with your customers through the brand history and high performance formulas thus securing brand loyalty to not only NARS but you as an Artist. Your coaching skills will be a real asset as you support management in developing the team, whilst your drive will ensure that the team are delivering on sales targets.

We'll make sure you have the tools and training you need to deliver and inspire in coaching, artistry and customer service so that you can support the leadership of the team and take accountability when the manager is not there. In return, we'll expect you to deliver on your goals whilst supporting and driving the team. As a NARS Artist and Assistant Manager, you have the power to change the way a client feels about themselves through your actions, communication and the connections that you make. This will be your daily commitment to your clients and yourself.

YOUR BACKGROUND
