The ideal candidate will possess a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with demonstrated experience in engineering and design for MV SWGR products. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive and accept change, and continuous improvement processes.
• Demonstrated experience in Engineering / Supply Chain or Manufacturing Operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional meetings and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer design requirements with the MV SWGR estimating team.
• Provide design feedback and trends to adjust product portfolios.
• Prepare Mechanical General Arrangements to support pre-order quotations.
