Hampshire Cultural Trust is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Milestones Museum and Basing House in Basingstoke. The role leads operations, visitor services and commercial delivery across front of house, events and retail, delivering outstanding customer experiences while meeting income targets and KPIs.

You will manage a safe, compliant operation and inspire a diverse team to perform at a high standard in Hampshire’s largest public venue.
