Job summary

Warwickshire County Council is seeking Relief Visitor Services Assistants to cover holidays and absences at Market Hall Café & Shop, Warwick. Shifts offered monthly; typical hours 10am-5pm Tue-Sat; includes Saturdays.

You will welcome visitors, serve customers, prepare food and drinks, promote offers, and help with shop duties when needed. Candidates should have customer service experience, enjoy teamwork and working independently, with good numeracy and literacy.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment is required.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills are essential.
• Comfortable working in a team and independently with a practical approach.

Responsibilities

• Set up café spaces, open museum for the day, and prepare food and drinks.
• Serve customers, promote offers, and maintain cleanliness and records.
• Occasionally cover shop duties and engage visitors on the shop floor.
