Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Limited is recruiting for a Multi Trader to cover the Midlands and Gloucestershire. The role involves carpentry, plumbing, tiling, flooring and general maintenance with a full-time schedule Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.

Up to £24 per hour (umbrella) with an immediate start; a company van is provided. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of commercial building maintenance, a relevant trade qualification, Health & Safety experience, and basic PC literacy to support daily

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial building maintenance.
• Knowledge of building fabric and multi-trader duties.
• Trade qualification in Carpentry or Painting/Decorating or similar.
• Health & Safety experience required.
• Basic IT literacy including Word, Excel, Internet.

Responsibilities

• Carpentry & joinery tasks.
• Plumbing tasks as needed.
• Tiling and flooring duties.
• Basic electrical works.
• Door and lock repairs.
• Silicone/mastic works.
• External maintenance.
