Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions in London/Essex is seeking a capable Multi Trader to handle carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating, and general building maintenance on commercial sites. You will contribute to a range of trades with a focus on quality, safety, and customer service.

The role operates Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with an immediate start and a company van provided. Salary is up to £24 per hour (umbrella) depending on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of commercial building maintenance
• Understanding of most building fabric / multi trader duties
• Good communication skills and health & safety awareness
• Self-motivated with ability to manage tight time constraints

Responsibilities

• Carpentry & joinery tasks

• General property maintenance and external upkeep
