Qualifications
- Knowledge of commercial building maintenance
- Understanding of multi-trader duties
- Qualified in carpentry, painting & decorating or related trade
- Good communication skills
- Health & Safety experience
- Basic PC literacy (Word/Excel/Internet)
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Self-motivation with time management abilities
