Job summary

Construction Resources Limited. is seeking an experienced Multitrader to join our Guildford team. The role involves reactive repairs across residential properties, delivering high-quality plastering, plumbing and carpentry work in tenanted homes.

You will work safely and efficiently, either independently or in a team, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and customer service standards. A driving licence and DBS check are often required by clients.

Qualifications

• Strong plastering skills, ideally with NVQ Level 2.
• Working knowledge of plumbing and carpentry.
• Experience working in tenanted properties.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiar with using a PDA.

Responsibilities

Salary: Up to £40,660 depending on experience
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

The Role

We are recruiting on behalf of an established property services contractor for several experienced Multi Trade Operatives to join their team in Guildford and the surrounding areas.

The role will involve carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance across residential properties, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering to a high standard

• Undertake plumbing repairs and minor installations

• Complete carpentry repairs and basic joinery

• Carry out general property maintenance duties

• Diagnose faults and complete effective repairs

• Work independently and as part of a team

• Ensure all work meets safety, quality and customer service standards

About You
