Job summary

Construction Resources in Guildford is seeking experienced Multi Trade Operatives to cover Guildford and surrounding areas. You will perform reactive repairs across residential properties, ensuring work is safe, efficient and of high quality.

Key tasks include plastering, basic plumbing and carpentry, and general property maintenance. You will diagnose faults, work both independently and in teams, and uphold safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong plastering skills along with proven experience.
• Good knowledge of plumbing and carpentry
• Experience working in tenanted properties
• Ability to diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
• Familiar with using a PDA for job updates
• NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 minimum
• Clean, valid UK Driving Licence
• DBS check or willingness to undertake one
• Right to work in the UK
• Professional and customer-focused approach

The Role

We are recruiting on behalf of an established property services contractor for several experienced Multi Trade Operatives to join their team in Guildford and the surrounding areas.

The role will involve carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance across residential properties, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

About You
