Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is recruiting a Maintenance Technician to cover North London, South London and Kent. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing of heating, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks for flats and properties.

The role requires proven multi-trade experience, a full UK driving licence, and strong problem-solving skills. You will work Monday to Friday with weekends as needed, and have opportunities for growth within the business.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be UK residents.
• Proven experience in maintenance trades.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of flats and properties to identify maintenance needs.
• Handle general repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or property managers.
• Carry out servicing of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
