Qualifications

• Proven experience as a plasterer in maintenance or social housing.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering, including patch repairs, skimming, bonding, and making good after works.
• Prepare surfaces, remove damaged plaster and apply finishes.
• Undertake multitrade works such as basic carpentry, painting, tiling, and minor repairs.
• Work on reactive maintenance and planned works.
• Ensure work is completed to a high standard within timescales.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy working environment in residents’ homes.
• Communicate professionally with tenants, supervisors, and office staff.
• Follow health & safety and company procedures.
