Our Client, a leading food manufacturer, is seeking a Multi-Skilled Operator for the packing end of production. The role focuses on operating packing machinery, processing finished goods, and ensuring safe, hygienic, and cost-effective production to meet quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have FMCG and GMP experience, strong English comprehension, and the ability to work as part of a production team. This on-site role requires full Right to Work in the UK.

• All tasks will be completed in a manner to achieve the safe, hygienic, efficient and best-cost manufacture of all designated products to the required quality, specification and quantity.

• Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to seamlessly adapt to business requirements
• Have a high level of integrity who will maintain high standards.
• Demonstrate a consistent and high performance in Health and Safety and Food Safety procedures.
• Has an understanding of GMP requirements and demonstrates an ability to consistently adhere to these.
• Be confident and competent in accurately in operating machinery and completing paperwork. Demonstrates a willingness to Raise the Bar, by seeking opportunities for improvement of our processes.
