HR GO Group in Newmarket, Suffolk is recruiting a Multi Skilled Production Operative to join a busy food manufacturing team. This hands-on role suits candidates with practical production experience who work well in a team and take pride in delivering safe, high‑quality products.

You will operate line machinery, perform quality checks, follow HACCP/GMP controls, assist with changeovers, and support continuous improvement while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and collaborating across shifts.

Competenze

• Previous experience in food manufacturing or a related production environment.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues during busy periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining food safety standards.
• Comfortable with physical tasks and standing for long periods.
• Flexible approach to shift patterns (day, night and weekend shifts as required).
• Good communication skills and willingness to follow instructions.
• Basic numeracy/literacy; willingness to learn new skills.

Job title: Multi Skilled Production Operative

We are recruiting reliable, hardworking Multi Skilled Production Operatives to join a busy food manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role for people with practical experience in food production who work well as part of a team and take pride in delivering safe, high-quality product.

Key responsibilities:

• Operate production line machinery and perform manual production tasks (packing, weighing, filling, sealing)
• Carry out routine quality checks and record-keeping to ensure products meet specification
