Job summary

Belmont Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Operative to work with our client based in the Hull area on a temporary basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The role involves repairs to void properties with a primary focus on joinery and multi-skilled maintenance to meet timescales. The successful candidate will have NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery, own tools and a Full UK driving licence with access to transport.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Carpentry & Joinery.
• Previous experience in a Multi Skilled Operative role.
• Experience in repairs within void properties.
• Own tools.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out repairs to void properties, primarily joinery works.
• Completing multi-skilled maintenance and repair tasks as required.
• Ensuring all works are completed within target timescales.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and following health and safety procedures.
• Representing the organisation in a professional and courteous manner.
