Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Multi Trade Operative in Exeter for a 3 month contract. Primary focus is high quality joinery and related repairs, delivering reliable, customer-focused service.

You will perform joinery tasks, keep records, and manage vehicles, tools and stock to standard, while taking part in the out-of-hours on-call rota. A UK driving licence and an NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent are required, with power tools supplied by you.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Strong joinery and multi-trade ability.
• Good health and safety awareness.
• Experience in social housing desirable.
• Candidates must have access to their own power tools.
