Job summary

Sellick Partnership are recruiting confident Multi Skilled Operatives to work within untenanted/void properties for an organisation servicing domestic properties in Long Eaton and surrounding areas. This permanent role includes a competitive salary, out of hours call out and a company van.

The successful candidate will perform multi-trade repairs, using basic carpentry, joinery, plumbing, tiling and patch plastering skills while ensuring adherence to health & safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a trade qualification.
• Hold a driving licence (vehicle provided).
• Basic DBS (or willing to undertake).

Responsibilities

• Responding to multi-trade domestic repairs and maintenance in a timely manner.
• Carrying out basic carpentry, joinery, plumbing, tiling, vinyl flooring and patch plastering tasks.
• Using a PDA for multi-trade reporting and updates.
• Adhering to all regulatory and construction health & safety requirements.
• Driving a company vehicle and undertaking regular checks.

Duties of the MS Operative role will include, but is not limited to:

• Responding to multi trade domestic repairs and maintenance in a timely manner
• Including knowledge of basic carpentry, joinery, plumbing, tiling, vinyl flooring and patch plastering
• Using a PDA for multi trades reporting
• Meeting all regulatory and construction H&S requirements
• Driving a company vehicle and undertaking regular checks

The successful Multi Skilled Operative candidate will have:

• Knowledge of other Trades and able to undertake basic multi skilled tasks
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a Trade qualification
• Hold a driving licence (vehicle provided)
• Basic DBS (or willing to undertake)
