Job summary

Belmont Recruitment are seeking a Multi Skilled Operative to work in the Hull area on a temporary, full-time basis (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday).

The role focuses on repairs to empty properties with an emphasis on joinery, completing tasks to a high standard within target timescales while maintaining health and safety standards, and presenting a professional image of the organisation.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Carpentry & Joinery
• Previous experience in a Multi Skilled Operative role
• Experienced in carrying out repairs within void properties
• Own tools
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport

Responsibilities

• Carrying out a range of repairs to void properties, primarily joinery works
• Completing multi-skilled maintenance and repair tasks as required
• Ensuring all works are completed within target timescales
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and following health and safety procedures
• Representing the organisation in a professional and courteous manner
