Job summary

The role involves planned and reactive maintenance, use of CAFM for documentation, and participation in on-call duties to support patient care and operational continuity across all Trust sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mechanical systems across Trust estates including heating, ventilation, water services and medical gas infrastructure.
• Utilise CAFM system to manage work orders, documentation, and compliance records.
• Provide on-call support and respond to emergencies as part of Estates team.
