Job summary

Aston Villa Football Club Limited is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Multiskilled) for Bodymoor Heath Training Ground. The role focuses on painting and decorating, maintaining surfaces and applying protective coatings, alongside planned and reactive maintenance across the training ground.

You will work with colleagues and contractors, prioritising tasks in a busy environment and supporting site operations.

Qualifications

• City and Guilds Level 2 qualification or equivalent.
• Proven experience using hand tools and completing general maintenance tasks.
• Organised, proactive and able to prioritise workload.

Responsibilities

• Paint and decorate: prepare and paint surfaces such as woodwork, metalwork and interior walls; apply protective coatings.
• Carry out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance at Bodymoor Heath Training Ground.
• Support colleagues, liaise with contractors and help develop rolling maintenance plans for facilities.
