Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 3 Maintenance Operative to assist the Painting & Decorating team and carry out general maintenance across Trust sites.

The role requires a flexible, physically fit individual who can work across engineering and building disciplines, including occasional tasks for external contractors. Training and staff development are emphasised, with a range of benefits available.

Qualifikationen

• Must be physically fit and able to undertake a range of maintenance tasks.
• Flexible approach and willingness to help others within the team.
• Experience in healthcare is not required but an enthusiastic attitude is valued.

The Estates Department at Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust are looking to recruit a Band 3 Maintenance operative to undertake a wide range of basic maintenance task, but to predominantly support the Painting & Decoration Team across the Trust.

An enthusiastic attitude and willingness to help others is more important than previous Healthcare experience.

Successful applicants will need to have a flexible approach to work, be physically fit and turn their hand to assisting with various maintenance task across all engineering and building disciplines. The workload will be varied, but there will be a requirement to undertake some repetitive tasks., Primarily to work within the Estates Painting & Decorating team, but also conduct a wide range of general maintenance activities . To assist and escort external contractors as required. Also, to assist in undertaking minor improvements, repairs and building maintenance across your designated sites as directed by your Supervisor, ensuring compliance with the Trust safety standards and procedures.
