Qualifications

• Time-served Fabric engineer with a maintenance background.
• Experienced skills in various maintenance tasks.
• Must have a current, valid driving licence.
• IT Literate - Basic understanding of Excel & Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all delegated Reactive Works orders and PPMs are completed within SLAs & KPIs.
• Plan, inspect and carry out repairs or preventative maintenance as required.
• Liaise with subcontractors to ensure effective facilities management.
• Provide quotations for any works recommended.
