Job summary

Hunter Selection | B Corp™ is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer in Winsford. The role offers a salary of £44,000 to £46,000 on a Monday to Friday rotating shift (no nights) with overtime and a pension.

The successful candidate will perform Electrical and Mechanical PMs, reactive and breakdown maintenance on fast-paced lines, and contribute to continuous improvement projects while ensuring health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Time-Served apprenticeship with Mechanical or Electrical qualifications.
• Experience in packaging, FMCG, Food or Plastic manufacturing.
• Fault finding ability both electrically and mechanically.
• Motivated to work in a team environment.
• Knowledge of Kaizen, Six Sigma and 5S, Continuous Improvement Methods.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Electrical and Mechanical PMs, Reactive & Breakdown maintenance.
• Working within a skilled team.
• Reporting into the Maintenance Manager.
• Maintenance on fast paced lines in a high volume environment.
• Contributing to Kaizen projects cross-functionally.
• Machine installations.
• Lots of internal and external training and development opportunities.
• Adhering to Health & Safety on site at all times.
