Accelerated People Management seeks a technically capable Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for our client’s site in Boston, UK. You’ll carry out planned and reactive maintenance, diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, and contribute to ongoing automation and project upgrades on a facility recently invested in modern equipment.

The role suits an electrically biased engineer with Level 3 Electrical / Engineering qualifications, manufacturing experience, and strong PLC/motor/sensor skills.

Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Boston

£50,000 - £55,000 + Optional Overtime + 4 on 4 off + Training + Progression + Site Investment + IMMEDIATE START

Perfect for an electrically biased engineer looking for long-term stability, further training and more involvement beyond day-to-day maintenance.

This established family-run manufacturer has recently invested £10 million into a new process and packing facility, introducing new extrusion, mixing, conveying and packing equipment. Investment is continuing, with further plans around robotics, palletising, automation and upgrades across the existing facility. As the site continues to evolve, they are expanding the engineering team to strengthen each shift and support the next stage of development.

Your Role as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will include:
