E3 Recruitment is seeking Multiskilled Maintenance Engineers for a flagship site near Coalville. The role offers a base salary of 57,600 with a 5% KPI bonus and overtime paid at x1.5 (OTE 65K+). Shifts are 5 on 5 off and 4 on 4 off with two weekends off monthly, supporting a strong work-life balance.

We require electro-mechanical qualifications and solid maintenance experience in manufacturing. Training, pension, and generous holiday are provided to develop skills and career progression.

Qualifications

• Strong planned and reactive maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Commitment to a focused training and development programme (PLC training).
• Electro-mechanical/mechatronics qualifications required (City & Guilds/NVQ/BTEC or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant-wide proactive and reactive maintenance to optimise factory performance.
• Carry out PPM schedules and reactive maintenance as required.
• Work on mechanical and electrical elements (hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors) and fault-find PLCs; extensive PLC training offered.

Job description

This is a fantastic opportunity for Multiskilled Engineers to join a leading manufacturer that also offer training and further career development. My client is looking to extend their engineering division with Several Multiskilled Maintenance Engineers at their flagship site based near the area of Coalville.

The basic salary is 57,600 with a 5% KPI bonus plus overtime is paid at a premium of x1.5, with current OT available, meaning OTE minimum earning of 65K+.

The shift pattern is 5 on 5 off, 5 on 5 off, 4 on 4 off (06:00-18:00 / 18:00-06:00). This offers a fantastic work life balance, and guarantees 2 consecutive weekends off every month.

Roles and Responsibilities of an Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer

• Responsible for plant wide proactive and reactive Maintenance activities to ensure the optimum performance of the factory.
• Carry out PPM schedules and Reactive Maintenance Activities as required.
• Carry out work upon all Mechanical and Electrical elements such as Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Conveyors, Motors, Invertors, Safety Circuits, and performing basic fault finding on PLC's etc. Extensive training will also be provided on Siemens PLC S7 TIA portal systems along with further upskilling opportunities.

To Be Successful as an Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer

• You must hold the following Electro-Mechanical Mechatronics, Mechanical and Electrical Vocational and Technical qualifications to be considered: City and Guilds Level 3 AND BTEC Level 3 or higher with NVQ Level 3, OR be Apprentice trained to level 3.
• Strong planned and reactive maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment as an Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer
