Equans is recruiting a Multi skilled Handy Person for Newman RC College, Oldham, OL9 9QY. This permanent, full-time role offers 40 hours per week with shifts 6am-2.30pm, 10am-6.30pm or 11.30am-8pm.

• Maintenance experience is advantageous, but not essential.
• Able to promote good customer relationships.
• Proven practical maintenance skills.
• Good knowledge of Health and Safety.
• Ability to follow site and company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Porter services (deliveries, exam set-ups) and reactive cleaning.
• General maintenance (lamp changes, ceiling tiles).
• Carrying out Planned Maintenance activities and safety checks.
• Work in all weathers, including litter picking, gritting and leaf removal.
