Winner Recruitment is recruiting a Fabric Engineer on behalf of a client. The role focuses on hands-on site maintenance, minor works, and ensuring high standards of presentation and safety across the premises.

You will work with client representatives and internal teams to identify issues and deliver improvements. The position requires a practical, proactive, customer-focused approach with experience in facilities or building maintenance and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities or building maintenance or similar hands-on environment.
• Knowledge of general building repairs and finishes.
• Strong health and safety awareness and safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site presentation and brand standards.
• Identify defects, perform repairs and improvements.
• Liaise with client representatives on maintenance and planned works.
• Complete fabric and finish repairs (walls, floors, ceilings, fixtures).
• Ensure customer-facing areas are clean, functional and presentable.
