Müller Milk & Ingredients in Bridgwater is recruiting a Multi-skilled Engineering Technician to maintain and improve a wide range of equipment and systems on site. The role is hands-on and requires ability to diagnose faults, interpret technical drawings, and work across rotating days and nights as part of a 4 on/4 off pattern.

Qualifications

• Hardworking hands-on engineer with maintenance know‑how.
• Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving ability.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Willingness to work a rotating 4 on/4 off shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve faults across systems and machinery.
• Support automation and control fault finding.
• Carry out preventative, condition-based and corrective maintenance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
