Job Overview

Our client, a large Facilities and Maintenance company operating across various sectors in the commercial industry, is seeking an experienced electrical maintenance engineer to join an established team on a static site near Oxford. The role is Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all PPMs and reactive works on site
• Ensure all work aligns with task schedules and industry best practices
• Maintain compliance and industry standards on the responsible sites
• Monitor daily main plant and equipment within the buildings
• Build and maintain good relationships with employees and clients
• Promote professional image and services
• Supervise subcontractors, ensuring contractual and site compliance
• Manage site logbook and paperwork updates
• Oversee CAFM and Concept systems, ensuring SLA adherence
• Address client issues effectively, maintaining relationships
• Participate in out-of-hours call-out rotations for emergency responses

Minimum Requirements

• Fully electrically qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, with AM2 if required
• 18th Edition certification
• 2391 Test and Inspection (highly desirable)
• Experience working in occupied office environments
• Valid driving license
• Ability to obtain a DBS check
