Job Description

My client is a large Facilities and Maintenance company operating across various sectors in the commercial industry. They are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join an established team on a static site near Oxford. This role is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

1. Carry out all PPMs and reactive works on site.
2. Ensure all work is performed in line with task schedules and industry best practices.
3. Ensure the responsible sites are fully compliant and adhere to industry standards.
4. Monitor daily all main plant and equipment within the buildings.
5. Establish and maintain good working relationships with employees and clients.
6. Maintain a professional image and promote services.
7. Supervise subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments and site procedures.
8. Manage the site logbook system and keep all paperwork up to date.
9. Oversee management of the on-site CAFM and Concept systems, ensuring all PPM and reactive tasks meet SLA requirements.
10. Address client issues promptly and effectively, maintaining strong client relationships.
11. Participate in an out-of-hours emergency call-out rota.

Candidate Requirements

• Fully electrically qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, with AM2 if required.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• 2391 Test and Inspection - highly desirable.
• Experience working within occupied offices.
• Valid driving license.
• Ability to obtain a DBS check.
