Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is seeking a 30-hour per week customer-facing role combining delivery driving, coldstore order picking and office-based customer service in Swindon. You will deliver meals, pick and prepare orders, and provide telephone and administrative support to elderly and vulnerable customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role, face-to-face or telephone.
• Full UK manual driving licence held for at least 2 years.
• Computer literate, including apps and PC systems.
• Clear, adaptable communication and confident telephone manner.
• Accurate, numerate with good written English.
• Reliable with good attendance and timekeeping.
• Able to work to deadlines and use your own initiative.
• Friendly, approachable and empathetic team player.
• Respect for confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Willing to work in a coldstore (-20°C) with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Team Flexibility: Rotating schedule across office, coldstore, and delivery; occasional overtime.
• Delivering to our customers: multi-drop deliveries on time and with care.
• Coldstore: picking orders, food safety and temperature control adherence.
• Customer service from the office: take orders, process payments, manage re-orders.
• Update records, liaise with relatives/carers, and communicate promotions.
• Support route planning and build relationships with drivers.
• Act as a link between drivers and customers; share best practices.
