Aspire Defence Services Limited is seeking a Multi Skilled B&CE Engineer to service garrison facilities in Tidworth/Bulford, including painting, plumbing and carpentry. You will support trades, operate height access equipment safely, and manage tasks with minimal supervision to maintain a high standard of service.

The role requires a UK driving licence, C&G 6217 Multi-skills, BC&E experience, and MoD security clearance eligibility.

Qualificações

• Full UK driving licence required.
• C&G 6217 Multi-skills qualification (or equivalent).
• Diverse BC&E experience with eligibility for MoD security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Undertake new, reactive and planned preventative maintenance tasks across the garrison, including painting and decorating, basic plumbing, basic carpentry and general maintenance duties.
• Support skilled trades colleagues in delivering reactive repairs and building works, including the safe operation of mechanical height access equipment.
• Respond to maintenance tasking as directed and manage workloads effectively with minimal supervision.
• Maintain high standards of productivity, workmanship and health, safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Accurately record completed maintenance activities using company systems and documentation.
• Supervise subcontractors where required and work collaboratively to deliver an efficient service to customers and stakeholders.
• Act as an accompanying safety person for two-person tasks and undertake other reasonable duties as requested by management.

Your Role

What We're Looking For

• Qualifications: Full UK driving licence, C&G 6217 Multi-skills qualification (or equivalent), diverse BC&E experience, and eligibility for MoD Security Clearance.
• Experience: Proven experience as a multi-trade engineer with industrial, commercial and domestic building services knowledge. Strong understanding of safe systems of work and working across multiple maintenance disciplines.
• Skills: Ability to work independently, plan and complete jobs from drawings and specifications, supervise others when required, and demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication and customer focus with a flexible can-do approach.
