Job summary

Platform Property Care, part of Platform Housing Group, is recruiting a Multi Skill Trades Plumber to maintain and repair homes across Birmingham and surrounding areas. You’ll work in residents' homes, focusing on plumbing with additional trade skills as needed, and join a supportive team to deliver high standards of service.

Applicants should have NVQ L2 Plumbing, a full driving licence, and be prepared for a DBS check. This mobile role includes a van, fuel card, and pension contributions.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering multi-trade work in people’s homes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• DBS check required due to home-based work.
• Must have a full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing and multi-skill trades in tenants’ homes across Birmingham, Dudley, Lichfield and Coleshill areas.
• Be a team player with a can-do attitude and deliver high-quality repairs first time.
• Maintain good customer relations by communicating clearly and ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
