Job summary

Platform Property Care, part of Platform Housing Group, is seeking a experienced Multi Skill Trades Plumber to join the Responsive Repairs team covering Matlock and Chesterfield. You will focus on plumbing but will deliver multi-trade repairs in customers’ homes, maintaining high-quality standards and a friendy, client-focused approach.

We’re looking for an NVQ L2 Plumbing, proven plumbing experience in social housing or similar, and a willingness to work across trades.

Qualifications

• NVQ L2 Plumbing is essential.
• Experience as a Plumber in the building trade.
• Experience working for a social landlord, housing association or council.
• Desirable: carpentry, plaster patching, decorating, tiling.
• Experience delivering multi-trade repairs.
• Good organisational skills and ability to keep jobs on track.
• Drive to complete works quickly and efficiently.
• Full current valid driving licence.
• DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multi-trade repairs with a plumbing focus within a responsive repairs environment.
• Work in customers' homes ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer service.
