Job summary

Platform Property Care, part of Platform Housing Group, is hiring a Multi Skill Trades Plumber to support the Responsive Repairs team covering Skegness, Boston and surrounding areas. You will focus on plumbing but other trades will be required to deliver multi-trade repairs in customers' homes.

The role is mobile and field-based; a current driving licence is essential and a DBS check will be required. Benefits include a competitive salary up to £39,359, 25 days' holiday, generous pension,

Qualifications

• NVQ L2 Plumbing is essential.
• Experience as a Plumber in building trade or multi-skilled plumber.
• Experience delivering multi-trade repairs for social landlords/councils.
• Desirable: carpentry, plaster patching, decorating and wall tiling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multi-trade repairs in a responsive repairs environment.
• Work in customers' homes delivering high-quality repairs.
• Keep jobs on track and complete efficiently.
