Job summary

CPC Consultants, LLC is seeking a proactive Facilities Operative to support the maintenance, presentation and safety of multiple sites across the region. The role involves regular travel between sites, so a full UK driving licence is essential.

You will maintain high cleanliness standards, conduct grounds maintenance, and assist with health and safety compliance, including CAFM record-keeping and inspections. A competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in facilities, maintenance, caretaking, cleaning or similar environment.
• Full UK driving licence essential.
• Experience with CAFM systems is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, COSHH and general compliance is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance across internal and external site areas.
• Carry out routine cleaning tasks and waste management to keep areas safe and tidy.
• Undertake grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing, hedges, planting and seasonal landscaping.
• Support health and safety inspections, testing procedures and emergency preparedness activities.
• Record maintenance activities in CAFM system and communicate site priorities to management.
• Occasionally participate in out-of-hours emergency call-out rotation and perform other duties as required.
