Job summary

Total Facilities Recruitment Limited is seeking a Facilities Operative (driving required) to provide collection, delivery and site support across multiple healthcare and operational locations in the Birmingham area. This hands-on role involves transporting equipment, stock and supplies, and supporting day-to-day site operations with a strong focus on health, safety and customer service.

The successful candidate will work independently for much of the time and will operate a transit-sized company

Qualifications

• Requires a valid UK driving licence with no major endorsements.
• Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service focus and health & safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Collect, transport and deliver furniture and equipment across locations.
• Move and deliver electrical appliances and other items.
• Handle and dispose of waste streams per procedures, including clinical waste with PPE.
• Carry out routine vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Keep stores, compounds and parking areas clean and organized.
• Support additional operational and facilities tasks as required.
