Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a proactive Facilities Services Manager to oversee integrated facilities services across two corporate sites in Manchester and Liverpool. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets, and ensure services meet contractual KPIs while maintaining high client relationships.

The role requires travel between Manchester and Liverpool, with regular site visits and a focus on safety, performance, and continuous improvement. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities management or workplace services.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across cleaning, catering, hospitality or workplace services.
• Strong knowledge of service delivery, KPIs, SLAs and performance management.
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety legislation, compliance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery across Manchester and Liverpool.
• Develop and manage site teams and coordinators.
• Ensure services meet KPIs and contract standards.
• Act as client primary operational contact and build stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee budgets, labour, materials and supplier costs.
• Promote Health & Safety culture and compliance.
