Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of facilities services across our Cambridge site and remotely across London, Ipswich and Edinburgh. The role is office-based in Cambridge with some travel, supporting a safe, compliant and efficient workplace.

Based in Cambridge, you will lead operational excellence, manage budgets, and build strong client relationships while ensuring health, safety and statutory compliance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Facilities Management or a similar operational leadership role.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English, with ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of facilities services across multiple corporate sites.
• Oversee contractor performance, ensuring services are delivered to agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate compliance records, permits and documentation.
• Act as the key escalation point for operational issues across the portfolio.
