Softcat plc is seeking a Multinational Dedicated Sales Support Executive to join our dynamic sales team in the UK. You will work closely with the Sales Specialists to provide quotes, source IT equipment, and liaise with vendors and distributors to support the sales cycle across EMEA.

The role emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and proactive service. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, tech‑savvy, and comfortable coordinating with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Highly organised and resourceful with great attention to detail.
• Inquisitive – willing to ask lots of questions to understand scope.
• An interest in technology is an advantage.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships – with customers and partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent time management with fast turn-around times.
• Able to work independently and in a team to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT product quotes and source equipment to enable the sales process.
• Organise the workflow of sales support services to the designated sales personnel.
• Obtain prices for product requests – negotiating and margin conscious.
• Deal with customer enquiries while working with different departments.
• Deliver verbal and written communications with account management.
