We are looking for a Multinational Program Coordinator based in London, focusing on our mid-sized corporate client portfolio (Mid-Corp), primarily Property and Liability lines of business.

Your Team

At Allianz Commercial, our multinational program coordinators support the business by capturing and processing policy information, from submissions through to billings and collections. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and operational effectiveness for our clients.

Based in London and reporting to the Multinational Team Manager, you will provide efficient administration and processing services to Underwriting, Accounts, Claims, Credit Control, and the Brokers/Clients, focusing on our Mid-Corp portfolio.

The Impact You Will Have

As a Multinational Program Coordinator, you will manage a range of global programs and contribute to ensuring our Multinational service delivery is best in class.

We seek someone passionate about Multinational insurance programs, eager to develop a customer-centric culture at Allianz, and willing to challenge the status quo.

Collaborating closely with UK-based Underwriting teams, your responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting broker presentations, slips, underwriting files, and accounts.

Some of your specific responsibilities include:

• Working with underwriting teams on program structure and implementation, coordinating with Allianz offices worldwide, addressing questions, and resolving issues regarding cover and wording.
• Ensuring timely issuance of local policies and meeting client expectations.
• Accurately populating our IT systems.
• Working directly with brokers when necessary.
• Managing workflow to meet KPIs and service standards.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

We are looking for someone with operational experience in the UK insurance market, especially in administering insurance programs, and a keen interest in Multinational program placement. You should have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• A good understanding of corporate insurance products, wordings, terms, conditions, and coverages. Experience in Property and Liability insurance for UK corporate clients is an advantage.
• Strong time management skills, adaptability, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Data-driven and innovative mindset, capable of implementing digital solutions.
• Team-oriented with proactive relationship-building skills and openness to change.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to leverage AI tools to support tasks, improve efficiency, and aid decision-making.
